Day 14 with BENew program: have released four pounds, and I feel powerful and successful managing my food.
We’re having delicious fun with the BEFull shakes. These are the creamiest meal replacement shakes -yum- and making creative combos with frozen fruit and fresh veggie additions really do keep me full/satiated, especially in combination with the BELean. A first for me.
Additions are certainly optional, and they are so good, and good for us, great ways to contribute substantial fiber and even MORE important nutrients (on top of the solid foundation of the BEFull basics). The BENew Program includes a lot of great suggestions, meal plans, and recipes and support.
The boost from the BELean brings wonderful, subtle energy, keeps my cravings to an occasional whisper, and I feel a new sensation of freedom and leanness leading my successfully sustaining this process.
And my brain’s many long time habits are gradually being retrained…to expect the smaller and smaller portions filling me. After so many years of my eyes being in charge of (distorted) portion size, I am learning to let my smaller appetite teach my thoughts. Wheeeeee.
